The Indiana Music Education Association (IMEA) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If IMEA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. This policy does not apply to weather related delays/cancellations.
In instances of weather related delays/cancellations, a best effort will be made to provide a weather related make-up date, however no guarantees are made. As a result, no refunds are provided for weather related delays/cancellations.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, IMEA will transfer registration automatically to the new event date or provide similar options an attendee can choose from.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, no refunds will be processed for registrations unless due to serious health issue requiring a hospital stay or Doctor’s orders against travel, death of an immediate family member or the like.
Cancellations received after any stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via fax or email, and must be received by the stated deadline if a registration cancellation is provided.
